“The corrected cover sheet for the “Signalgast” is being returned herewith following review. A second submission is not required. Upon completion, you are requested to send 2,000 copies of the cover sheet to the Naval Command (M.N.O. Berlin) and to enclose several copies of the current new edition of the “Signalgast.”
Furthermore, prior to commencing work on a third edition, you are requested to contact the Naval Command in advance so that certain suggestions regarding the revision of specific sections may be taken into consideration.”
