PANZER DIVISION. lastly in the I./Pz.Gren.Rgt. “Oder” and and 4./Volksgrenadier Regiment 1092 of the 547. Volks-Grenadier-Division. SOLDBUCH ISSED MAY, 24, 1943. original uniform photo showing him wearing Ostmedaille ribbon. Many entries, including his awards as Infantry Assault Badge in Silver, Wound Badge in Black, East Medal, and Iron Cross 2nd Class – interestingly awarded by Wehrmachtskommandantur Berlin on October, 9, 1944. He was KIA May 15, 1945.
Also comes with his Wehrmacht Driver’s License, Kennkarte, letters from commander Pz. Gren. Rgt. 3 congratulating him on award of the EK2 and Ostmedaille, certificate of his death in Greiffenberg on May 14, 1945, and more.
