Heer Wehrpass issued to Obergefreiter Alexander SCHUERMANN. He served in Artillerie Regiment 157 of the 57. Infanterie Division. Later units include Art. Rgt. 337 and Gebirgs Art. Rgt. 8 of the 8. JÄGER DIVISION. Awards entered include Ostmedaille and Black Wound Badge. Good campaign entries for the POLAND CAMPAIGN 1939 as well as France 1940 and Russia. He was wounded on Sept. 24, 1942 while serving with Gebirgs Art. Rgt. 8 and died the next day.
