1101 WWII German Photo Album - RUSSIA CAMPAIGN - 294 Inf Division - Nice!
VERY large and nice photo album of. A man who served in the Russia Campaign in Gren Rgt 515 of the 294 Inf Division. He also serves in Stab AOK 6 at some point (part of the Stalingrad connection as well) He has included a very nice large food out map of his travels in the East as well as detailed index of photo details. He made it right up unto the gates of Stalingrad before retreating (luck for him!). Good Russia content, Russian tanks, KIA, captured materiel, Russian POWs, medals in wear, crashed planes, field bivouacs, newspaper clippings, StuG III, winter camo, halftracks and other vehicles, trench positions, documents and passes with his unit numbers, great album!
